- One Hundred Thousand March in London in Genocide Protest
Tamil supporters rallied in London last Saturday (6/20/9), to protest global indifference to the concentration camps in Sri Lanka that contains hundreds of thousands of Tamil people, the minority ethnic group in that country. These people are being held against their will in concentration camps. We didn't know, did you? And that's just the people that are accounted for. Thousands more Tamil people have been killed outright.
With Iran getting all the attention this week, and rightly so, we'd like to highlight this unfortunate situation in Sri Lanka.

- Major Climate Legislation Vote Due This Week
Environmentalists are left shaking their heads and fists at what constitutes climate change policy in this country. And they aren't just mad at the government. In-fighting between and inside many major environmental groups is at an all time high as members cannot come to grips with the options on the table. Do a little now and pass a vomit inducing shitball climate bill named Waxman-Marky? Or, wait to write a stronger one in say 10 years...?

- America Has A Spaceport!
This is for real. We only say that because we couldn't believe it either. New Mexico is apparently super excited to spend $200 million building a FAA approved spaceport facility for Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic Flights. Wow. Virgin Galactic Flights. Do you get peanuts served to you in space? And how long before it becomes a wretched hive of scum and villainy?
