King Tutankhamun

Yes, Electricity was used in creating this mask!

On November 4th 1922, Howard Carter, financed by Lord Carnarvon, discovered the Tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamun, known as King Tut.

What made this discovery astounding was that it was a virtually untouched tomb - it was barely looted - and it contained priceless treasures.

In my class we are learning about Egypt. We learned about the curse of King Tut's tomb. I learned that almost all of the rumors were not true. One we still don't know about!
